About TLC History

Howdy, my name is Tim Campbell. Since completing my Master's in History at the University of Kentucky, I have discovered that my professional passions lie in museums, documentaries, and other aspects of Public History that I look forward to using to make a meaningful impact in the Public History community.

This passion has led me to Southern California, where I have been able to advance my career due to my enthusiasm for historical education and public projects. More importantly, my time in California has given me valuable firsthand experience managing museum operations, conducting educational programs, and leading outreach efforts.​​​

 I aspire to manage museum spaces, write scripts, and host my own docuseries, but until opportunities with The History Channel or Netflix come along, I will continue my efforts to change how the world perceives museum spaces and highlight the value of documentaries and oral histories in scholarly research.
